Sandeep Bandaru

Chief Executive Officer

Sandeep is CEO of NeuroGaint Systems (NGS). He comes with over 21 years of global experience in digital transformation, change management and overseeing delivery of programs across multiple industries, business domains, technologies & geographies. He has extensively supported customers in navigating business challenges and achieve organizational goals in the field of IT.

In his previous role as Global Delivery Head at MITS, Sandeep was responsible for delivery of technology services across all industry segments. Additionally, he drove technology excellence as well as global client management. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, he participated in charting out strategic direction of the company. He is a significant contributor to the growth trajectory of the company.

Sandeep has earlier worked at Innova Solutions, eGulf Technologies and Kanrad Technologies. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University and attended leadership enhancement programs in reputed business schools like HAAS School of Business (UC, Berkeley), Indian School of Business (ISB), The University of Texas at Austin and IIM (Rohtak).

Naresh Sagi

Chief Finance & Operations Officer (CFOO)

Mr. Naresh Sagi comes with over 18 years of experience in Industrial Asset Engineering Domain, Condition Monitoring, Predictive Technologies & Reliability Concepts. He Leveraged industry 4.0 technologies and a digital-approach to create responsive maintenance strategies for diverse manufacturing industries including Steel, Metals & Mining, Paper,Chemicals, Oil & Gas, and Power.

He was previously engaged with M/s TATA Steel Ltd & M/s Bhushan Steels Limited for a decade and was responsible for asset integrity, Maximize the Performance Potential of Production Assets, Enhance Operational Performance with a Proactive Reliability Strategy. Analytical approach to troubleshoot the Equipment failure. He Insighted & Implemented Remote Diagnosis by transformation to digitalization.

During his initial carrier he worked with Sweden based SPM Instruments and was responsible for delivering the services& reinforced the CBM projects to Industrial clients across India, .

He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University.

He owned & follows the Leadership qualities, Social etiquette, and possess strong Customer relationship management skills.


Chief Delivery Officer (CDO)

Hari Akkiraju is a passionate IT growth leader with strong Strategy & Delivery capabilities, derived from Products, Service Industry and Global Inhouse (Captive) Industry exposure. Being well exposed to the nuances of IT delivery of various technologies and platforms from multi sides, driving the Customer Value Proposition to meet NGS customers' success.

Before joining NGS, 25+ years, he contributed his services to SuneraTech, Winsigma (startup), Wells Fargo and Infosys, in delivering effective, on time, cost effective and right solutions. He ideated, built and delivered two successful products. He strategically given the directions and support for 6-7 startups to be successful.

He is a strong implementor of 3I (Innovative, Impactful & Inspiring) framework and show cased critical solutions in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing and BFSI domain clients. He led senior positions and part of the core leadership committee in all the companies that he worked for.

Being a continuous learner, completed Digital Transformation executive program from Indian School of Business, Post-Graduation Diploma in Machine Learning (Python) from IIIT, Bangalore. Seasoned as a developer, right from mainframe technologies to Java and Cloud technologies, managed full pledged Testing CoEs for very large companies. He is passionate about helping customers in their digital transformation journey.

As a CDO of NGS, Hari provides strategic leadership and direction to the delivery teams to add value to NGS customers.

Prasad Babburi

Vice president- Business development

Prasad is an Engineer with Management and Global Leadership qualifications and has over twenty years of experience in Information Technology well supplemented by over a decade of Functional experience with US based MNCs in India including a training stint in Europe in advanced Manufacturing.

Prasad has well-rounded experience in Pre-sales, Channel Sales, Partner Collaboration, CoE driven Delivery Excellence, Program-Project Management, Competency Building and Client engagement. A passionate leader with a positive approach and Keen in blending a thorough Solution Architecture right from Presales phase in meeting or exceeding the Customer delight.

Prasad has expertise in Strategic Consulting well supplemented by Techno-Functional experience in realizing the Goals and Objectives by adhering to Global Best Practices.

Prasad has niche experience in ERP, CRM, EPM and Analytics across major Domains under a multitude of Systems & Business environments. A passionate learner, Team Player, Mentor and walks the extra mile in realizing the customer delight.

Prasad is focused on Product Roadmaps for continuous alignment with clients and guide them towards leveraging the latest and the best. Prasad has extensive experience in working with Senior Global Business and IT Leaders in understanding the needs for translation into IT deliverables.

Prasad has travelled extensively and had a five-year stint in the USA/Canada working with GE, Cisco Systems, Autodesk, Philips, and AON among others. Experience in India include McAfee, Mahindra Satyam and NTT DATA in delivering Global projects.


Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Dharani is soft spoken and result-oriented professional with 18+ years of experience in Operations Management, Operations Optimisation, Business Analysis & Research, New Initiatives, Strategy Planning & Execution, Due Diligence, Quality Assurance, Automation, Sales and Marketing of Pharmaceuticals, ECM/EIM suite, ERP Products and Recruitment Process.

His cross-industry and cross-functional expertise in selling products, solutions and services, adding impactful value in delivering hiring solutions for NGS customers.

Driven by the urge of strategic thinking towards the NGS customer problems, he is good at co relating and understanding NGS customer problems and quickly align NGS employees with right set of processes and practices.

In his previous experience, his proven ability to understand complex product/services information, channelizing the internal processes to bring-in operational efficiencies and his commitment, made Org employees to perform better. He is one of the pillars in building the NGS culture.

As a COO of NGS, Dharani provides operational excellence and direction to the NGS teams to add value to NGS customers.


Chief Sales Officer (CSO)

Ganesh, a self-driven and diversified professional with right mix of IT and Non-IT industry sales exposure. His 20+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing and Business Analysis & Research enriched NGS strategic marketing to go to next level.

His 11 years of IT sales experience and 9 years of Non IT sales experience, helping NGS to convert business problems into NGS opportunities. His stinct to the technology, brings advantage to NGS for suggesting right business models for customers. He partners with delivery teams to provide right products, solutions and services to NGS customers.

Being well composed and active person, as a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at NGS, his well-rounded sales experience and strategic approach, helping the NGS sales team to stay focused on their growth path and building strong customer relationships.

Prior to joining NGS, Ganesh was the Director of Operations for Volantsys managing Sales, Implementation, Finance, HR and other Management activities

Ganesh received a MBA from Sikkim Manipal University and Bachelor degree from in B. Com from Andhra University.

D. M. Arjun (D. Mallikarjuna)

Vice President (HR and strategy)

Arjun brings with him over 22 years of BPO & IT experience across BFSI and Healthcare verticals with renowned organizations like TCS, MITS, Cognizant, CoreLogic, First American and ELICO before joining NeuroGaint. He spearheaded multiple client operations with extensive insights on global delivery, quality drive, HRM & trainings. He believes that robust partnerships with clients are the heart of a business and leans into his strong people and leadership skills to deepen relationships and deliver outcomes that matter.

Arjun is passionate about nurturing talent, implementing the company's people value proposition and developing a growth mindset by driving people and performance dimensions.

A science graduate from Bangalore University and PGDCA & PGDBA in Operations & HR from Symbiosis university, Pune. An active holder of PMP certification from PMI, USA & Six Sigma certifications from Indian Statistical Institute.

PS Ram

Head of COE

Ram leads the Centre of Excellence (COE) team for NeuroGaint as the Head of COE. Prior to joining NGS, Ram was the Lead Architect of ECM / BPM Practice. Ram has been involved implementing dozens of large enterprise applications and solutions in Enterprise Content Management BPM and Case Management areas.

Ram has more than 12 years of Information Technology experience in a wide variety of technology industries including Enterprise Software, Manufacturing, Insurance and Healthcare.

12+ years of experience in designing and developing Enterprise applications with Spring Suite, ORM frameworks, Azure & AWS cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD and Azure DevOps. Specialized in architecting enterprise solutions using ECM / BPM, Records Management and Case Management products.

Ram received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in B.Tech from University of JNTU-Hyderabad, India.
